This picture was taken on March 25th 2008. The location is adjacent to an area I have been investigating over the last summer and fall. When winter came and the leaves fell all the activity stopped and it was suggested by one of my partners that I look for an area that contains a thick stand of cedars in the vacinity. I did and found this area last fall and determined that the critters were indeed hole up in the cedars. I had not been back since and I took the opportunity of a new camera purchase, Sony H7..... 8.1meg 15X, to take a peek. The brush edge is 500-600 feet from the road and I haven't gotten any closer than that. As soon as is possible I will post a comparison shot of those same trees. This and all of the pictures I have taken are anecdotal only and do not rise to the level of evidence.

These images were taken in November of last year and show the same area and the distances involved. The second image of what looks like faces led me to believe the study group was wintering in that brushy area.
